Grape variety 100% Sangiovese Grosso Clone Montalcino.

Harvest period in the second half of October, manual in boxes.

Vinification in steel tanks without temperature control, spontaneous fermentation without addition of sulphites with a maceration of 35 days.

Aged in large barrels of 15 hl and 30hl for 36 months, followed by a year of aging in bottle.

Alcohol content 13.5% vol.

Suggested pairings with game, grilled meat, porcini mushrooms, roasts, mature cheeses.
